I think the premarket traders were eager to buy a fresh biotech with good results

they bid it up

then those who follow it, realizing how far off the next set of results will be, and how much further off any FDA approval will be, decided to take profits

then there are those who short any huge pop in bios, also exerting downward pressure

just life in the biotech sector these day...rough stuff...
