This on Yahoo about COCO. Seems the little guy has no chance of recovery.


We talked to our class action lawyer today who we have for arb stuff. He basically said you can only sue an exchange for fraud which you can't do here (it's just incompetance). You can go to arbitration, but your chances of winning are basically zero.
