That's what I think too. The fed is a slow moving machine. Some people expect them to remove the phrase "considerable time". But I don't think they'll do that before Jan. So, a rally could ensue just like last time.

BofA is lowering its 2003 est to $0.34 from $0.38 and 2004 to $0.75 from $0.80. I suppose TXN needs to retrace to around $25 now , LOL...but weren't they so premature ?
