Im so tired of how they run this show.. You would think by now that the SEC and NASD would be completely overhauled but they just stand like a willow in the wind.. its amazing..

I should sue the bastards not for the multiple K loss, but for the "pain and suffering", first not knowing if it ill continue and dop to $20, then the tension due to the lack of clarity and inordinate amount of time until they cleared it....that is worth few 100 K (G).
In edit and now in CYMI at $42.92. Will double in the $40/$41 area if it gets there. And I see I failed reorting entry in CDWC at $58 flat (an OB) due to the COCOCommotion....
