Not really a bashing pump in my opinion but from what I have read on numerous boards about doubt towards a company or ceo or deal, etc etc. ( and there are alot ) that under the idea of innocent until proven guilty if someone has doubt about a deal, an insider or a company they really should list all of the locations that they looked for information so that those who wish to refute the doubt may present possibly a better source of info or a rebuttal to the interpretation of the goings on causing worry.

you are not bashing. It's a valid concern. First of all, that PR was out under Gray's name and not Rees, so who knows what happened or is happening. There are several David Dugas's listed in the Houston area, so perhaps he is one of them. I myself haven't found anything that resembles an ESP Resources Inc. in Texas or anywhere else. But that does NOT mean it doesn't exist. Perhaps the easiest way to put your mind at rest is to call the company and get some type of verification. I have seen many companies with PR's such as this, where no info can be found on a LOI partner, and everyone panics. But lo and behold, they do many times exist, but they are just not very public. Personally, I think everything is fine, and while I don't know whether WRNW has moved forward with this LOI, I do not doubt whether the company does or ever existed. Perhaps asking management for a phone number so you can verify and report back here?

A penny or 2 next week is all but certain imo.
