Nasdaq, on its own motion, has determined that all trades reported to Nasdaq in COCO (Corinthian Colleges Inc.) that were executed today, 12/5/03, from 10:46:00 Eastern Time to 10:58:08 will be canceled, pursuant to UPC Rule 11890. This action does not extend to transactions executed on other stock exchanges unless transacted via SuperMontage.
