How's the oil plays treating you?

Don't quite understand your post's point?

They are pink and have not filed any form "D", I can find or read, so how would rule 504, to sell shares unregistered effect anything.

Besides my point about those 2 oil's were, they would be selling shares to retail and rule 504 of Regulation D would back up my thoughts.

My Take on most all pink's is all they ever succeed at is selling shares. So traders should trade like the insiders, which are pumping & dumping. By accumulation before a timed PR and selling on the PR release, just like the insiders do!

Rule 504 in form D is good, if you trade the PR cycle, not the PR story, like I do.

Thanks for the info, but would like to see a link to any filings, before I'd care about them. Stories are stories IMO, SEC filings are fact. And if both the stocks are or have filed form D, then I'd watch it closer, for a Pink penny insider play to swing trade.
