I agree with everything Schwartz reported. He was taking
notes the whole time.
It will pretty much be Aero’s show after the delinquent filings
are completed March 31.
Aero has hired an expert, I forgot his title-maybe Schwartz
recalls, who is already getting involved and taking charge
to make sure the transition is seamless. It was mentioned
that Aero management is young and ambitious and they really
want to build a dynamic company.
Shane Traveller and Mr. Peacock told us they have done about
30 reverse mergers and because of the size of Aero and the
people involved, this one is at the top of the list.
Shane will be moving to Utah and will be a consultant to Aero
for a year.
It was mentioned after the meeting that FCCN shareholders might get
as much as 20% in the merged company.
