Did the fear of RS plummeted the PPS of PMRS? due to the fear of acquisition of Auto V might call for a reversed merger deal? Generally that's how it's done for a private co going public by reverse merging with a "shell". Now the deal is canceled, would the PPS reverse course? I would not think PMRS had cash to buy auto v. therefore a reverse merge deal would be most logical.
