Technically, I do agree that you are solely responsible for the choices in your life as an adult... But I want to point out it also has a lot to do with your cultural background, upbringing, spouse, in-laws, and basically a lot of external forces sometimes peer pressure that determines who you are or who you think you're supposed to be. lol
