Scher's reference to DN-101 may come back to haunt him. If , a few years from now , DN-101 is approved after a successful P3 , people may wonder why the folks at ODAC weren't smart enough to do with DN-101 what CBER did with Provenge.
DN-101 results were P2 , not pivotal P3s. I don't know to what extent that implies less reliability.
