When I recall wolfpackvoltaires difficulties with customer service I cant help but think that the poor bastards knew their jobs were on the chopping block and didnt care about "customer service" at all. Ive been in that situation and its no fun at all.

Cassandra - I couldn't decipher alot of what was said... the audio quality was poor on this end. I have asked for a clarification on this point and will post it when I recieve it.

Hello Robert,

I tried listening to the SHM but was unable to understand alot of it... the audio quality was poor on this end. You said the company is ceasing sales of the 01000... is this due to another company asking that we not compete with their version of it or some other reason... perhaps because our sales weren't going as well as expected and it best to get out of the retail end of things. Looking forward to your clarification.
