I'm not buying that at all re: the brokers being on the hook. They did nothing wrong. But we shall see.. We, the traders are in a buyer be ware situation and they always read us the riot act and hazards about trading pinks. This blame would fall on the T/A and crooks. All the brokers can do is trade the certs.. JMO

Art, I have always cherished your DD so let me ask you this! Is the reason why ATLJ in trouble is because it is linked to Select America and the Russian Mafia? It is funny that where ATLJ is supposedly laying cable is exactly where your DD funnels back to! Would like your opinion!
