IRISH, from what the TA put out today, it does appear that they screwed the pooch and the shares are fraudulent. They basically admitted releasing shares for the hijackers, just tried to make it sound like they were releasing shares to the rightful owners and now yuctan has taken over as interim management.
Of course at this point, speculation is just that. Should be interesting to see how this unfolds.
