Didn't Liz mention that if we had resolution that we may never know what really happened?
I don't see the price taking off so I guess it's just another thing that's good for V & T and not the shareholders.
I'm sure there must be dancing in the streets of the zoo though.

There goes opening the books. I guess the shell could be scrubbed by filing bankruptcy. Clears the way for a reverse splot.

OK, so Vince barred from being an officer. He was gone already anyway. Turino barred from same and also barred from penny stocks(what does that mean? He can't invest in them either?) They pay their fines(The SEC negotiated an amount they actually thought they could collect). Now what? Bruce Hall amongst the missing, but running the company? No assets? No income? No revenues? Vince returned his remaining shares, now what about Turino who should have had many, many billions of shares, and Hall at least as many.
In my opinion, CMKM is now the new scam stock. Do we have a board yet? CBLH may soon be a nice little shell as well. Everybody loading up? All just my opinions, of course.

Can't imagine why anyone should consider that good news. Assuming it's true. Hooch doesn't have a very good track record for prognostication.

IF this is true, does it make anybody happy??? Why should I consider this a good thing? They leave the company and get off with a small fine......and my money......
