Xenotech deal re $18mil & $800K from Szabo

two things from Greg Szabo

1 - the 800k from the last Q is in addition to the $18 million minimum, thus the XenoTech deal is worth a minimum of $18.8 million

2 - The conferences generated 150 leads for XenoTech.
