John, I think that the market has known for quite sometime that SNDK will replace lost capacity in Virginia with the new plant in Japan (as well as TSEM, mind you). They are moving from a pure "fabless" situation to a hybrid. As a fabless, in tight times they could not get enough wafer starts and just two months ago there was hand wringing that Christmas will be capacity constraint). Now the hand wringing is that Christmas will have a lot of discounting. I think that they are going to do fine, but we need to see how the major technical break today is handled. If we stay under $72 for just few days here, it could reestablish its march up to 95, if not, there might be real concerns of excess capacity developing.
