When DrF. signed onto AMEX he stated that the reason he chose AMEX over Nasdaq was LONGTERM VALUE and that although the US and Canada would be their first markets, that the EU would be by far their largest and most large EU Investment Managers follow AMEX and not Nasdaq because of Nas's eratic volatility.
Notice the last round of financing was also done by a German Bank....? They're gearing up to take Europe by storm and this continent will be the baby steps.
