Dexter has learned, as I have, PR firms of that type are generally (or perhaps always) useless...unfortunately that's a learning process lots of us go through.
The steps Dexter is taking now are the right steps......it just takes long time to accomplish.
BabyBulls shares were restricted for 1 year. I don't expect them to do much until their shares are tradable. Them they will pump the PR's to get their money. JMHO.
