No change in my feelings. As far as the news releases are concerned I wasn't believing them as early as the fall of 2005 and they just kept getting more unbelievable, no reason to change my mind now.
As for the manipulative trading, that's pretty obvious from what we've seen so far.
I expect there will be sanctions, fines, disgorgement and further civil charges and possibly criminal charges.
