Lowman: interesting stat in your post: 35 companies out of 5000 had an SEC halt trading issue. That is less than 1%, .007 to be exact, and like you say, it hardly seems a cause for fear.
Depending on Spin, investors could view it as the SEC keeping the slate clean and credible companies prominent.
Relative to CYKS one phone call to Mr Plant and I immediately sold my stock within the hour. Rather a warm *squishy feeling* I took the commission loss and maybe another $100 loss and beat it.
Too bad I didn't call before I bought. lol
