I agree that some are facts and some are opinion. I just think the post put out some genuine concerns for longs invested here. The nail on the head should of been pointed to concerns not all facts. regards, holter49

-PPS down 95%
-no current disclosure of rental subscriptions (WHAT ?)
(self explanatory)

-deceptive implementation of web advertising (WHAT?)
(Banner ads only visible to those who have visited gameznflix website and received the browser cookie - not to the general public).

-CEO evasive and/or defensive during the one and only investor conference call. (WHAT?)(Did you not listen to the webcast?)

-no investor conference calls with CEO since failed Circuit City rollout (FAILED???..WHAT?)(CC rollout obviously did not create any significant revenue and we have not had a converence call since they hyped the launch)

-OS increased by millions and millions and millions

-CEO diversifies into vague ventures that create zero income (VAGUE...WHAT?)
(LITV - business channel in England???, GNF TV - worthless broadcast of noname movies, Country Music videos and a horrible (public access style)Gaming program by the son of one of the former execs, old forgotten cartoons from the 1950's...) Do I really need to mention any others?
-CEO has a history in other penny stock ventures

-PPS continues to spiral down-down-down, while you keep treading a false sense of hope.

Believe me, I'd love to be discussing positive developments here, but I have yet to see any and the PPS is reflection of that. All indications lead me to believe that this is a full-on pennystock scam and I will continue to see it as that until the facts prove otherwise.
