traders..retail buyers...etc...what ever...did bring this stock down....by means of how they buy/sell... ..there was ..or is little interest in this stock ....no volume..no play--it was dragged down by mostly buying on the cheap...orders sat on the bid(i saw them come)..and with shares coming to market at a discount...they went to the bid sitters..bottom line---then came a little selling...and the drag..continued---most certainly...the company is sick that they lost their borrowing power given the share price..at this level..the shares can not convert with out over extending the authorized--so now the company is forced to take matters at hand...force a change---the question is....when...and by what means--it is now up to them to turn up the public relations campaign..in order to increase value here...and then take the next step--lol...i think golden gate expected the market to be a bit better here as well..that is why they placed that financing package in the first place..they saw a market for it...but where did it go?..lol..lol--the end result of the financing package goes hand in hand with a consumer driven market(stock buyer/seller)...and it didn't "mesh" here at all..lol--if you look how much was used(cash)...you then realize that there is much more to come..they have spent little of what was....and that is the scary thing....and why some sort of erasure needs to be used(amended 8-k...or other means(pr work))...we will see..all my opinion--best of luck!
