All IMHO of course.....a "pre-proven buyout" in the neighborhood of $4 to $8 or stock swap valued at same.
A "pre-proven buy-in" around the price of what I believe to be our true current value.....just under $3. I would think the buyer is armed (along with ERHC) with several tools to keep the sp propped up until drilling. Said tools likely include roadshows showing ERHC's true potential, new management with real oil backgrounds, and maybe even DOJ information freeing the company from that ill.
A buy-in with a long term future will strictly depend on the amount of oil proven.
Either way...IMHO....investors able to hold on will see handsome profits on their investment.
