LOL! I entered at 1440, I exited at 1440, and my fills were great, allowing me to break even (lost my commission, however).
I've done fairly well lately in my spec account by trading only set-ups I'm pretty comfortable with. That last rounded bottom near NDX 1362 I didn't trust the initial lows, and did better by waiting for the lows to manifest before getting into a postition.
In the case of options, there is little room for error. Often times when you enter a position, you've already given up 5-10% in the bid/ask spread.
