Ordered one of those also..
DELL has an interesting concept that I have discovered.
The support on the small business side is 10X better than the Home side.
Small business side gets texas call center.
Home side gets India call center.
Go to Dell site and price the same puter on both Home and Small Business. Price is different almost $300 on a $2000 laptop.
I tried to get Small Biz support at Home price and they said no way Jose...<gg>
