In this case, this Sparrow and Wong filed documents creating a new corporation using the name of TheBigHub (the same name as this corp, again this is all outlined in the bottom section of the ibox) to create a new corporation with the same name as this company. It seems they somehow they converted their new FLA corp into a Delaware corp, and used the Delaware corp docs to have this Select American TA print the unregistered shares.
