we are going to .02 at least if the o/s is 21 mil,if the a/s is maxed and we have 50 mil i say .008, also I have seen quite a few bil share sub subs go to .01 ,remember QBID hit .04 and USXP .04 or .05 .both had more than 1 bil o/s. ajmho.
