you can 'view source' from the browser top level 'view' menu (the one that has 'file', 'edit', etc) as well.. both IE and FF. if you're using FF, pressing ctrl+u or apple+u will pull up a window of the document source as well.
that's pretty hacky.. commenting out the code with the old < ! -- (web developer, here), but obviously whoever's updating the page figured it'd be 'good enough' to hide the info.. makes me think they'd bring it back at some point. it essentially just points to the 'contact us' page and a link to the confidentiality agreement (which is still active, btw).
