rfj: RPRX

Wow, these are the types of comments that I have understood from you and Dewophile over the past 4 months in terms of the risk/reward potential that RPRX represents; and now with continuation of positive results the risk stays low while the reward potential rises.

It would indicate that there are still significant market inefficiences on Wall Street and those like yourself are able to identify them.

I appreciate your time to point these factors out. Wall Street will eventually figure it out, and hopefully to our benefit! We'll see if Mr P gets more of the message out this Thursday in NYC at the CIBC Conference.

RPRX rfj:

I also, am encouraged to see you thinking along those lines. I would be encouraged by just about anyone writing those thoughts and someone like you, who obviously follows the space closely is even more exciting.

I am wondering if you have given any thought to trying to establish a more accurate value for RPRX?

I mean 250 ++ is a really nice thought, but given that myogen sold for $1.5 (?) B with several months to go to end of PIII trial and full writeups submitted (along the lines of RPRX in the srping next year) where little old 134M Repros might be after the summer is over..... exactly how many "+++" 's do we add?

I'd hate to toss out a number without seeing some more as well....let's just say that I think this is one of the rare opportunities for a "little guy" to make some really good returns.

And the "proellex alone" comment is also encouraging...I see androxal, worldwide agent as being at least $200 by itself, very conservatively. It boggles the mind to think how much upside might be here.

Disclosure: Long RPRX since $7 to $13 back to $6, back to $14 back to $10....... sigh

to be clear - I have very limited experience giving mifepristone..however I do have a lot of experience with hyperplasia, which is a condition that is very treatable, preventable with periodic induction of progestin withdrawals, so in the worst case scenario still shouldn't kill proellex in terms of risk-benefit when you think about patients who are hemorrhaging vaginally
but most of all, the data in hand, supported by reassuring biopsy data from similar agents as pointed out by rfj, leads me to think there won't be any marked risk for hyperplasia, and really that is the only risk overhang here given the profound efficacy
