What operating system, browser are you using?

If you go to Control Panel and then Scheduled Tasks is there something that runs at that time on your computer everyday?

Are you using the same browser on all systems? Try a different browser somewhere and at least you may be able to eliminate specific browsers as a problem. Sometimes eliminating larger processes under our control can drill down to real problem.
