Feel free to add to it, but I don't feel that using INC. on the end of ARTL in a PR warrants being listed under cons as they said in the PR that ARTL, Inc would be taken public "immediately." I also don't think that not showing up for the stupid interview belong there either as we have been given an explanation and I still hold to my theory that it was purposely done.
The whole reason for this exercise was to try and determine if this was a scam by trying to poke holes in the man and his plan. I even took the approach that someone could be impersonating the Dr. and tried to refute it. I've spent the better part of a week, reading the complaints on this and other boards, doing research and this is the list I came up with.
IMO, the Dr is for real and so is his vision. The fact that SREG has issued the last 2 PRs, tells me the Dr is no longer in control. It is Siam that I am skeptical about as they may not have the same vision as the Dr. That said, however, I would like to point out that Alex pulled out of a financing deal from USSE, for whatever reason. IMO, he did this because their vision did not match his; SREG must've been a better fit.
Time will tell, but to slam the man is no longer valid. If you want to slam somebody, slam SREG.
