Wow! That's about as Big Brother as you can get! There is already a rumour in Oregon that they want to install crap like that on our cars so as to be able to charge us mileage fees for road use.
I'm enough of a rebel to either get me a good pair of sidecutters or a powerful magnet to gum it up if they do.
