Agent, I have made a lot of money on this stock trading in a downtrend...can you even begin to imagine how much I could have made if it had been managed right, and I traded in an uptrend??? Now think about all those who poured 100K's into this and got burned....to me that sucks! {Sorry for the poor choice of words), but it still sucks!
A CEO has one, and only one fiduciary responsibility, and that is to the stockholders who entrusted their money to him....PERIOD!
