way o/t: case in point (some of you experienced just this): I hated non-fat milk and diet coke (and drank 3-4 cokes a day plus a 1/2 gallon of milk) when a teenager (remember the old "Tab?") I now cannot stomach the taste/texture of whole milk and regular coke, although it was a steep learning curve many years ago. And, there is little doubt that this subtle switch had tremendous long-term health implications. Any kid can learn new healthy tricks.
