"In this, our product launch year, Rim Semi has laid the groundwork for revenue growth. Our first customer, Extreme Copper, is now in the market with a best-of-class product that is based on our innovations. Other customers are not far behind in their drive to market."

How can this be??? Their recent filing said they needed $500,000 to complete the chip. If it is not complete, it can't be sold. Also, exactly what product is Extreme Copper selling? I can't find them anywhere. Something stinks around here besides the old ladies at the pool party.

"When we meet certain conditions, they have agreed to launch a field trial of our technology."

I assume first among the conditions would be to complete the chip. Brad, how stupid do you think we are? We been here before. The Maine Telco already did a field trial. Don't try to sell the same old fish, we already bought it.

Dear Fellow Investors:

Rim Semiconductor Company is focused on one thing: Maximizing the amount of money me and Ray take home.

I just hope he makes enough to pay for plastic surgery on his ears. They need to be shortened and pinned closer to his head. I bet he was called "Dumbo" when a child. Hope it ain't too windy in Portland.

By the way, TOU prohibits insulting posters, not executives.

re: We believe that our unique technology is so innovative that our customers will be able to transform their old networks into state-of-the-art broadband powerhouses with just a simple upgrade.

Sounds just like the "simple" cures for cancer so many stinky pinkies use to lure the sheeple in.
