is this a new theory?... the towers were wired for controlled demo in order to renovate due to asbestos problems?

i bought a house in 1992 that had the original asbestos shingle roof, circa 1933... 10 yrs later a hail storm damaged the roof and the insurance company paid for a brand new roof... turned out to be a pretty good investment
