I just want this deal to get over with so WE the shareholders of SMMW can finally make some money. WAY LONG over due, and he is hurting his rep as a good CEO, actually he has a rep of being the dilution queen, sowhen he comes out firing, he better make it clear he is done with all the games or else his smmw pps will forevver stay in 000's land.

Hoping he does something soon, but not until after April, so i can be placed in the 15% arena :-)

maybe Jim has something that Dan wants-and he is using the 1% for leverage for Jim or PDVP to sell it to Dan or SMMW?--has PDVP bought anything new recently?
