looking at Vesey Street and #7.

NOTICE the TREES and the orange piece which was some sort of
LiB-ART consisting of steel beams

The trees and "art" are ON THE FREAKIN'BRIDGE

Not the tin walkway you showed but the LARGE CONCRETE MASS
over 30 feet wide with the TREES and LARGE SCULPTURE ON IT
