Well, fortunately, honest and hard working people have no problem finding a job in this industry. I've seen it a hundred times.
Unfortunately, rotten slimeball executives also seem able to transfer to other lines of business. For Richard, I think it would be appropriate to see him return as a GM of Best Buy stereo division, but he'll probably get some cushy executive position at another company. Woe be it to anyone who hires him.
