You don't get it. Why should I have to talk to a CEO to find out about a major development with the company.
Let them tell us in writing.

Ridiculous.
Do people call blue chip companies? And does the CEO tell them what's going on?
They issue PRs when material events arise and issue quarterly and annual reports when the time comes.
I've heard all kinds of stories from CEOs that the crowd just adored only to be deeply disappointed. I've seen it many times.
I did talk to Kanno a couple of times and didn't get answers to some of my questions, in fact he refused to answer a potentially embarrassing question. So I'll reserve judgement till we get provable resuts.
At the same time I'm holding on to 30 mill shares, although if I could I would lighten up if I could do it without a big loss that I'd face now.
Just issue a PR. Easy. A good way to talk to 2500 people all at the same time and have them get the same information at the same time. That's know as public disclosure, among other things.
