This is great news and I have to believe that this will be a week of an increased PPS. Avian Flu is a real concern and any direct treatment, such as this should be well received and provide the capital to build toward more such deals.
So, we celebrate some REAL tangible news !! GO PDSC !!!!
If you follow the link below, one can research EPA Registration numbers. What you will learn is that this product (and the rest of the registered products PDSC claims to sell) are manufactured by Mason Chemical Co. from Arlington Heights Ill. This is not unexpected. However what is concerning to me is that if you research further into the state registrations, you will find that PDSD does not hold any registrations in their own name. In fact, in Calif. this particular product is registered as a bathroom disinfectant only.
In Arizona, all of the products listed on the PDSC web site are registered to Sphere Group Inc. from Chelsea MA.
The point here is that you cannot sell an EPA Registered product in any state without registration. The registration must also have label claims for the specific application for which the product is being sold.
