My concern is at this point is that the two technologies are overlapping and with Rivera attempting to patent it, he would appear that there would be a law suit forthcoming. What is your take on this as you indicated that your brothers initially were going to take this technology public. Did JR purchase this technology, is this being used in conjunction with his application?
