Not sure they had a 100/1 R/S and since then the volume has been very low so I cant see where they have dilluted. The PPS is about where it was before the R/S could be worth a look might end up being the real deal

CBRP +75%, now .03 x .035. Can it make it through the .035s, or consolidate here? I would consider getting in on a dip.
