#7647 RE: stargrazor #7646

A 100:1 would move the share price up to what? 100 x .08...

The cusip change would require that only shareholders could turn in valid shares for new shares. Naked share entitlements would be eliminated. Any short shares would need to be covered... driving the price up.... say to $10

A 1:10 would place the stock price in $1 range and you would be able to obtain your shares at a conversion price of .75 per share.... instead of 100,000 shares at .08, you would have 10,667 at $1.00 with an equivalent cost basis.

Before 100,000 @ $.08 = $8,000

After 10,667 @ $1.00 = $10,667
