You know, senderos, that very well could be the case... but do you have ANY idea how many pinksheets have used that "our partner is a powerful group of private investors" story before? No one can ever verify it, yet it is almost always a critical part of the grand/great story that makes the investment promising.

And that leads to the other question... how many times has that story turned out NOT to be true? We both know the answer to that. So is it any wonder people here are hoping this company might realize this and help out a bit with info?

I understand they were supposed to have done that awhile ago. But, being as how they have investors, wouldn't they change their website to indicate a new name? Or have a link to a new one, so investors in their units would know where to go? This is their website, isn't it?

There's no mention of a new name. If there's been one, their has to be record of it. Maybe the company could give us a link? Or an incorporation number, or whatever they have to file to be recognized as a legal entity.

Thanks for your help on this. It's really got me puzzled!
