The creation of a preferred class of shares. May be setting up for a merger or acquisition. Regardless, those who control the majority of shares may use this to stay in control of the company meaning that higher PPS is in their best interest as well.
Needless to say, even those who "sold" still remain very interested here. I'm betting a bunch of liquidity, PR's and PPS growth will return here shortly. Pennyland is still likely, imo, just now 3 or 5 pennys seems quite a stretch.
