easy: QX listing was my thought as well, since audited #s are required, and it has to be farrrrrrrr less than OTC BB. No SEC filings, or BB fees and the legal should be far less, further yet I was told that there is no Sarbanes Oxley concerns.
They would be in very good company though, since one of the founding companies of the QX is Walmart- (Walmart de Mexico)
