You may end up having to wait awhile but, in my opinion, you were not scammed. Currently, we are suffering from an overenthusiastic projection. This is a real company with real franchises and Officers of the Company that are heavily invested themselves. When the financials finally come out, it will be a good news/bad news scenario. The good news is that they will have submitted financials; the bad news is that they will be terrible. The Company is currently bleeding money as any startup does. It really depends how fast, going forward, they can open stores and get a turniquite on that open wound.
