Not necessarily so. USSE's accounting team "should" have reviewed the audited and ongoing financials of ONYI first and therefore noted any discrepancies, if any.....and apparently there were according to the 8-K. The firm that was hired by ONYI for their audited financials may also bear liability. Trust me on this one, been there, done that, seen it happen.
